6. Revisions and Changes

7. Confidentiality

8. Termination

8.2 Termination by Niwwrd: Niwwrd reserves the right to terminate a project if the client violates these Terms or if unforeseen circumstances prevent project completion. In such cases, a refund may be provided as per the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 No Warranty: Niwwrd does not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Clients use our services at their own risk.
9.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Niwwrd be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Governing Law
